from can into pint glass - pours dark copper color, very hazy with 2 finger head
smells strong of malt, which overwhelms whatever lies beneath. Almost a musty smell.
taste is boozy, and feels prickly on the tongue. causing me to note that this is listed at "only" 8.5% ABV. Tastes like it would be 10+% given the burn.
