Sample at the brewpub: Rich amber color with a medium ivory-colored head that dissipates slowly. Patches of lacing. The aroma is full of citrus and hops, along with a touch of spice. Medium-bodied with strong hops and alcohol flavor with a good amount of malt for balance. The finish retains the hoppy character and lingers awhile. A decent beer but does not pack the punch of the better 2IPAs on the market, and is definitely a far cry from the Buckeye 76.
