Poured from a 22oz bomber into a sniffer.
Pours a ruby red with minimal head probably due to the abv.
The aroma is candy sweet with very little hop presense. The sweetness smells of a strawberry fruitiness.
The flavor is very sweet, fruity, and creamy. Somehow this beer avoids being offensive, in fact it's quite pleasant. There are some cotton candy notes and the strawberry candy from the aroma is present as well.
The mouthfeel is full bodied with a tiny carbonation.
This is a pretty enjoyable beer even with it's pronounced sweetness. The 11% is not really noticable so watch out.

Appearance: Pours a nearly opaque, dark amber body with no real head formation despite a somewhat heavy-handed pour.
Smell: Definite cream soda aroma with further scents of lightly bready malts and yes, yes, sprinkle-covered sugar cookies.
Taste: Ahhh, cream soda. Toasty pale malts with a drizzle of sweet caramel syrup atop some homemade cookies. Faint fruitiness. No more than a light bitterness, leaving this a pretty sweet brew. Generally, you get a sense of cream soda all the way through to the finish. Tiny kick of alcohol noted on the end of each sip, but nothing to outright indicate the 11% ABV.
Mouthfeel: Medium-full body. Medium-low carbonation. Rather creamy mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Right now I'll say it's "good". Provided you enjoy the taste of concentrated cream soda, of course.

From a brown 22oz bottle - Pours a cloudy pale orange with almost no head or carbonation. Smells of sweet malts with a nice vanilla note, and a decent hop presence. First sip is sweet like cotton candy with a tad hops coming through. Boy this is sweet. Finishes slightly bitter. Nice mouthfeel that is just slightly under carbonated. Very nice but too sweet for me. 11% ABV is very well hidden!

Bright orange color, with a small white foam. Braggot or mead like nose, with hints of honey, vanilla, fruit and cream. Strongly flavored with nice intensity. Notes of toffee, vanilla waffer and bean, cookie dough, icing and white cake. Very sweet tasty brew.
