Pours clear amber with a large head.
Nose shows phenols, orange peel, coriander and doughy wheat. A bit too much citrus. Pretty similar flavours: copious orange peel and coriander with some underlying wheat. There is also a soft vegetal character and overt yeasty notes which are a bit off-putting.
Too much carbonation.
Refreshing but some off flavours getting in the way.

I love the funky cork that this brewery uses in it's beers. I get a real kick out of it. This beer...well, that's a different story. It pours an appropriately milky, hazy yellow, with a decent (if a bit shallow) head. The smell starts off good enough...soft and tame, with a little orange, coriander, and spice. Perhaps a little yeast in the back. Not much else, not the typical wit tart-like smell. Smells like it's only half-way home. The flavor has an inappropriate hop bitterness. No tartness, and just a little yeast flavor. Moderately sweet. The mouthfeel is light and a little spritzy. Tame and not engaging.

Witbier with spelt.
Hazy yellow, quite carbonated in appearance. White foam, quite creamy. Not really compact.
Smell of witbier, citric, orange flowers, coriander, orange peels. Fresh. Even some hop.
The taste is fresh and pleasant too, with orange peel, coriander, pepper. Drinkable and pleasant.
In the aftertaste, besides the present notes, there are also some cloves, and maybe even banana.
Quite light in body, but not too much.

Good idea the silicon cork, reusable to recork the bottle.
