Copper colour with a dirty white foam even if with some bubbles.
A malty and biscuit start, then some woody notes with halzenut and cereals.
The flavor is still malty, with a more pronounced hazelnut, and a light toasted note (even caramel).
Not particularly delicate, a little sharp, and a bit of alcohol comes through after a while, but still honest.
Drank again after many years, I have to say it's better than I remembered.

Dark cherry color. Beige foam, quite compact, not long.
The smell is very fruity, with cherry and sour cherry. Hints of salt?
The taste start sweet, then the hop, and then again the toasted malt. In the end again notes of sea salt (maybe the hop grown near the sea, as stated on the label?).
Average body.
In the aftertaste again the hop bitterness, and, to be true, not really convincing.
Again sweet notes, toasted malt, and the fruitiness.
