An opaque muddied brown elixr. Head is small off white quick too fade and doesn't want to leave a friendly lace behind.
Sweet vibrant malt aromas with a chocolate edge, hints of raising, and liquid caramel. Ripened berries and a floral hop edginess.
First thing too hit you is the fabulous thick, rich, creamy mouthfeel that is velvet on the tongue. I honestly don't think I've witnessed better mouthfeel in a beer. Moderately sweet and full of toffee, caramel, velvety malt, floral hops and milk chocolate. Can't get over this mouthfeel. Makes this a beer too sip on relentlessly.

Tasted at the Barrelhouse Brewing Company Microbrew Fest on November 9. Got this one out of the cask and it was excellent, one of the best BarrelHouse has to offer. Warm, flavorful presence. Rich and malty with a beautiful color.
