Pours deep red with bornw highlights and minor tan head.
Aroma of big sweet malt with a sweet alcoholic hit also. Some peat-like and earthy yeast tones in the background.
Flavor of great sweet chocolate malt and dark fruits. No bitterness present or detected.
Mouthfeel is smooth and easy with great alcoholic bulk profile.
Drinkability is great if you go make sure to have one of these, really to nice to style and tasty.

Appearance: A deep brown/ruby color that was very clear. A small off white head sat atop this beer that quickly vanished leaving little lace.
Smell: The smell was of sweet malt a big thick aroma that you would expect from a doppelbock.
Taste: The taste was thick and rich with malty flavors with small hop notes. Alcohol was not very evident in the brew.
Mouthfeel: A very good medium consistency. Lets you know this is a rich beer but is very smooth with mild carbonation.
A very good beer to have. Very drinkable, could actually drink this one all night.
