This beer is a deep gold color, bright with lots of clarity to the body. It develops a nice, fluffy white head that has some density to it and stands up well. It leaves good, patchy lacing behind.
The yeast is accentuated in this brew to make it both bright and interesting pithy, softer on the pith. It's big on malts, mostly bready with some earthier tones, hops coming in with a sort of raw, green stem quality and a slight refreshing mintiness into the end.
It's bright, crisp, and light-medium bodied with a good carbonation and consistent flow while never losing its bite.

We use a unique hybrid yeast from Northern California to highlight the Northern Brewer hop blend and big malt taste
