Appearance: Clean and crisp. A slight reddish brown tint to the beer with a nice white head that sat atop this brew.
Smell: Sweet malts permiate my nose as I whiff.
Taste: Fairly sweet with subtle hop characters in this. The malt and hops meet in the middle to give you the best of both worlds. Unfortunately I don't know much of the style to know exactly what to look for but I liked it.
Overall another good new offering at Maumee Bay Brewing Company.
