A: A thick, heavy dark brown color with a slight tannish head that forms mostly at the edges and leaves light spotting.
S: Sweetness and a bit of milk chocolate with very slight lighter sweetness and a bit of dustiness under heavier malts.
T: There's nothing distinctly banana unless I work hard to find it, where it lingers like a ghost underneath heavy malts, roasty but with a sweeter chocolate overtone. It does have a nice sweetness that's by no means overdone.
F: The feel is right, thick with a heavy body but not flat, rolling nicely on the tongue.
