This beer was released with the re-release of this year's Oktoberfest.
The color is a bright coppery orange with a brilliant clarity, with a soft but firm pure white head that rises to one finger in height. Retention are good; lacing is consistent but a little light.
This one is like a brighter, slightly hoppier Oktoberfest but with slight differences in the overall profile, O-fest being more toasty and bready with more caramel, this one a bit hoppier with a fruits presence. There's a grains presence underlying and a "clean" sort of earthiness. A nice, bright balancing hops bitterness counters the fruity sweetness.
This beer is light-bodied and clean with a consistent crispness while remaining moderately smooth.
