Comes out a cloudy slightly pale gold under a one finger white head with good retention and numerous lace strings. The malty nose sports a touch of carnation but is betrayed by a touch of sour like bad watermelon, taking me back to the days of mediocre post-Soviet beers. The mouth is light and well-carbonated. The taste of slightly past its prime watermelon is pervasive. A hint of hops bitter tries to break through, but can't. I suspect freshness issues here. Quite disappointing.
