Notes: Typical appearance. Average head retention and lacing (not quite a beer clean glass?). Banana and clove with the addition of apple, pear, and apricot in the aroma. The flavor adds some citrus, as well as some "Band Aid" and smokey phenols, but they're not 'out of bounds'. Sweet malt. Low bitterness. Sticky in the finish. Sweeter beers seem to be the house signature, but it works pretty well in this slightly funky weizen.
