Served from tap in a shaker pint glass at Duke of Perth.
Bachelor Party-Palooza 2014 (Part 1) believes that when in a Scottish-style pub, do as the Scots do and drink up some Belhaven, beginning with the lager. It pours a clear brass topped by a half-finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises sweet biscuit, light grass, light flowers, and hard water. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a light vein of cream and a slight, barely perceptible twinge of fruitiness, but this last piece may just be my imagination. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a nice lager, one that set the stage nicely for the coming meal and further drinks.

04/24/13 On tap. This time around there was little life in the glass. Taste was good, but lacked effervescence, which is big deal in a lager.
July 2013 - On tap. Very nice. Substantial body. Combined w/well balanced flavor. Quite reasonable for the spring/fall 'tween seasons but maybe a bit much for a true summer quaff. That being said this is worth a try to broaden the horizons.

On-tap at The Pub Beavercreek, Beavercreek, OH
A: The beer is crystal clear straw yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a large patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of bready malts and bits of sweet malts. No hops are detectable but there are just enough to prevent this from being too sweet.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and rather clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has a nice and clean mouthfeel. Its low alcohol content makes it sessionable.
