A lager made exclusively for all Belhaven pubs and various restaurants. The lager will be named after the venue it is sold at but the recipe is the same for all, it is not a unique recipe for each venue.

Keg halfpint, as Belhaven Old Blackfriars Drookit Lager, in the Old Blackfriars pub (Belhaven) in Aberdeen. ABV is 4.0%. Golden colour, white head. Aroma and flavour of butterscotch, some bittering hops.

Pint at Auld Smiddy Inn, Pitlochry (£4.00 approx):
Quite a poor tasting beer that I hadn't realised was one that I'd tried before given it was sold under a different name this time around. The beer was cheap & basic from the start with a corn sweetness & some light straw flavours dominating for the most part; this is definitely a beer to avoid.
