On hand-pump at White Hart in Edinburgh, Scotland. Had several. Priceless.
Appearance – 4.5.
Body – Golden-copper, clear.
Head – White, creamy, high density, good retention, diminishing to three mm ring and a thin, complete layer.
Lacing – Excellent! Complete tight, wide rings of tiny bubbles.
First pour – NA.
Aroma – 3 – Very weak malt and hops.
Flavor – 3.5 - Slight malt, slight bitterness, just a touch of diacetyl. No alcohol, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3 - Medium, creamy, soft carbonation.
Impression and summation – 4 – Very nice mass-produced mild bitter.
