Poured from a nitro can into a pint glass
Appearance - The nitro pour leads to a deep amber color brew with nitro bubbles streaming up through the brew. The nitro bubbles eventually come to the surface of the beer leading to a thick head of nitro driven foam. The foam very slowly fades, leaving a whole lot of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The aroma is very strong of caramel and toffee mixed with notes of biscuit a d bread and a nice nutty smell. There are other aromas of brown sugar and a touch of coffee and cocoa
Taste - The taste is of a smooth bready and caramel malt mixed with lots of toffee and a touch of brown sugar and molasses. As the taste advances a light nuttiness and some creme come to the tongue leaving one with a smooth and sweet lightly toasted taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The nitro pour gives it a creamy and smooth feel, both of which are great for the drinkability and matches the tastes well
Overall - A nice brew with a great drinkability.
