Light gold/yellow. White foamy head, with good bubbles. Some nice lacework as the drink goes down.
A soft Saaz nose, honey notes. Not very pronounced.
Good balance of noble hop & crisp malt. Hint of light carapils. The bitterness is mild, but still offering a nice crispness at the end.
A good effervescence creates a big mouthfeel at first, and the balance carries it on towards the end. It lingers for a while with hop flavour, not just bitterness. This is nice.
It's better than some "native" pilseners I've tried, and is an excellent dinner beer.

*Sigh* bought this bottle by accident thinking it was the Little Creatures version of Pilsner (was in the fridge next to their Pale Ale). About all I can say is I liked in more than Pilsner Urqell (which is not saying much). Poured crystal clear light gold with pleny of head and fizz. Aromas dominated by grass and sulphur with a little malt. Reasonably crisp and refreshing, with not much in the way of bitterness. Dont think I will be making the same mistake again.

nice czeck style pilsener, light on in flavour, but a great mouthfeel, and extremely drinkable and a subtle but unique character. I think that it has lost alot of characeter lately, possibly because of the CUB takeover.
