Pours a clear straw color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and slight lacing. Smells of pale malt, wheat, slight citrus hops, hint of caramel malt, and a hint of yeast. Fits the style of a Kolsch. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, wheat, slight citrus hops, hint of caramel malt, and a hint of yeast. Overall, a better than average Kolsch.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of grains, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel with a mild bitterness.

Straw in color with a small head and little lacing. Smells of malt and biscuit. Malt and biscuity in flavor also. This beer is crisp and dry and very good. High quality Kolsch
