Copper colored ale with a toasty, malt body, and a crisp finish.
Bohemian pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts from Weyermann Malting in Bamberg, Germany form the backbone for this great ale. After the special mash, a combination of German hops were added to the wort to balance the brew and then the batch was fermented with our house ale yeast. This young brew was given a generous aging period to allow flavors to mature and mellow.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, amber color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee and caramel. Nice roasted flavor with a smooth finish and a touch of bitterness.

Poured from a bottle. Deep copper in color with tan head and lacing. Smells of molasses, bread and malt. Flavors of caramel and toffee. Smooth and great flavor. One of my favorites.
