Bull Creek Brown Ale is a medium bodied brown ale with a nuttiness from the Brown malt used in the mash. A subtle caramel note from the Crystal malt and a subtle chocolate/roasty flavor from the Chocolate malt balance the overall malt profile. The malt profile is balanced by a significant but not overwhelming cascade hop finish.

We named this beer for one of our favorite local waterways. Bull Creek is a pristine creek located between Ozark and Branson on the east side of Highway 65.

Poured out a clear, brown color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of chocolate malt, toasted caramel and nuttiness. Sweet flavors up front with a nice balance of bitterness.

Pours brown. Foamy, short, off white head that fades fast.

Smells earthy lightly nutty, hints of coffee and roasted malt hints.

Tastes light roasted and toasted malts, hints of nuts. Followed by earthy and light coffee. Finish is Semi dry with an earthy linger. Medium body and lightly fizzy carbonation.

A deep taste that has slight coffee notes to it and a small bitter bite at the end. A roasted darkness to it.

Taste Rating in Words: It's sitting in a cabin and the lights go out. It's pitch black and you're in a foreign place but you are still calm, relaxed, and in no hurry.

Pours a clear brown color. 5/4 inch head of an off-tan color. Good retention and great lacing. Smells of roasted malt, strong sweet malt, hint of coffee, hint of pale malt, hint of hop, and a hint of nut. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean with an average carbonation level. Tastes of roasted malt, strong sweet malt, hint of coffee, hint of pale malt, hint of hop, hint of caramel malt, and a hint of nut. Overall, good appearance, well blended, weak in body, but decent aroma.

Poured from a bottle. Fairly dark with a small tan head. Smells of bread, brown sugar and a good nuttiness. Taste follows the smell, everything works together really well.

Had on tap at the brewery

A-Pours a light near completely see thru brown with a small head and a heady flim that covers the top the entire time you drink it.

S-Nutty, also very earthy notes with a bitter malt smell. Coffee notes

T-Rich and rosted malts with notes of espresso and a coffee like bitterness to the finish.

M-A light body which is suprising for the taste needs a little more carbonation.

D-I'm starting to really like browns of this style, less of the nut flavor and more of this style could easily and have had a few.
