I felt this beer was good. The color was an odd purple like pink with a foggy and highly fizzy body. The head was average with some nice lacing. The foam was definitely pink. This beer had an aroma that was dominated by berries but there was a bit of spiciness to the finish. The flavor was also mainly fruity but there were some bread like esters. It sort of reminded me of those carbonated water and fruit drinks that you get in Europe with some spice to it. As looked at the label I thought some of the spices that they did use were a little odd but they complimented each other well when I drank it. It was on the higher end of light in mouthfeel. It was definitely different but I like it.

Bought in Springfield on the way back to KC along with a few other Mueller beers. 750 ml bottle poured into a Boulevard goblet.
A - Fuschia Pink Purple color. Very interesting yet scary. Not a lot of head with little lacing.
S - Smell is dominated by fruits. Rasberry, Blackberry and Barry White.
T & M - Taste is like the smell. The fruitiness overpowers any hops or malt taste. The sugar that builds in the middle of the tounge confirms the fruit sugars. The carbonation was decent.
D - Split a 750 ml bottle 3 ways.
Not a big fan of overly fruity brews.

750 mL bottle poured into a Chimay goblet.
Pours a beautiful purple-ish pink, dense and cloudy, with a creamy, sustaining light pink head.
Nose is light and clean, with a dominance of fresh berries--though I can't specifically define it as blackberry--and spice notes in the background. Flavors of fresh blackberry and subtle spice with the wheat manifested primarily in the finish with a lingering light breadiness.
Medium bodied and on the crisp side, making for a sustaining but quenching beer. Acidic and a little tart--product of the lemon peel? Short, quick finish. Wonderfully drinkable. Makes a good summer beer, but as this was brewed in early spring I can't help but wonder what it was like fresh.

Had on tap at brew co
Pale pink very fizzy looks almost like a pink wine.
Very tart rasperry nose with some small grainy undertones
Good more dry than expected good flavor and a nice full body, represnts exactly what they were trying to pull off
Slightly overcarbonated but over all good body and feel
Maybe more so in the summer i'll try and set one of these back to see if I would like it more then

Pale Pink Body, with a pinkish/white three finger head. thick foamy head with decent retention and lacing.
smell is quite malty, a hint of raspberry and a bit of grassy hops in the nose. heavily carbonated so it tingles in the nose.
taste is smooth and slightly sweet but mostly dry. nice malt backbone with a pleasant raspberry presence.
mouth is dry but incredibly pleasant, crisp. Probably will grow on me into the spring and summer but just not digging on the witbier in the middle of the winter. excellent representation of the style. but a wit? come on!
