Rich chestnut hue and a light to medium body. Brewed with a variety of roasted malt and pilsner malt for a mild caramel, cocoa and biscuit malt flavors. Touch of hop bitterness, but not much hop flavor. Clean, smooth with an impeccably balanced finish and the slightest hint of maize.

12oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee, caramel and hints of roasted coffee. Nice roasted coffee taste with toffee, caramel and a mild bitterness.

Poured from a can. Dark caramel in color with a thin tan head. Smells of biscuit, malt and a slight sweetness. Flavors of biscuit, malt and a nuttiness.
