Poured into a pint glass, straw-like yellow with a thick white rocky head. lacing down the glass.
Smells grassy and earthy with a great spaltz/hallertauen hop profile. a thin malt.
Taste is quite good and well balanced. truly a superb representation of the style. Pilsner malt is an aquired taste along with the european hops. but I really like this offering.
Mouth is crisp and clean, a slight lingering of flavors in the finish. Drinks easy, its too bad this wasn't brewed for the summer months.
