Pours a hazy, golden color. 3/4 inch head of a white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of pale malt, yeast, slight hop, and slight grain. Fits the style of a Keller Bier / Zwickel Bier. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with a high carbonation level. Tastes of slight hops, yeast, pale malt, and a sharp metallic flvaor. Overall, light and drinkable, but a little weak in body.

Current "Brewmaster's Special" rotating tap as of 12/08/2009. Unfiltered.
Pours a soft, slightly hazy straw, mostly clear. This is supposedly unfiltered, so I was expecting some cloudiness, but slightly hazy is all I can see. Frothy white head.
Nose of toasted multigrain bread, estery fruitiness--hinting at banana--and subtle spice. Grainy bread on the palate with a touch of bright lemon. Not much hoppiness to note.
Soft and round and quaffable. Not a complex beer, but darn tasty.
