This is a straight ahead, German-style pilsner; dry, clean with a bracing hop finish. 11 Point Pilsner is the type of beer that goes well with a range of food, or simply enjoyed on its own. Brewed with premium 2-row malted barley, noble hops, soft water and Bavarian lager yeast. Prost!

Pours a bright yellow gold with a smallish white head. Fairly large bubbles rise to retain the head. Nice sweet grass aroma, some wet grain, and a little metallic twang. Spot on pilsner aroma. The entry is round, mouth is prickly. Taste is lightly metallic up front softening to slightly sour grass. Pretty darn good pilsner! Could go at this for awhile. Break out the grill.

11 Point Pilsner pours to a nice golden straw color with perfect clarity and a nose that is exactly what one would expect for the style, with noble hops and a peppery/spice character that jumps out with the first whiff. The foam is not the best and doesn’t last long, but does leave a little bit of lacing on your glass.
This beer has many of the taste characteristics one would expect in a pilsner. The flavor is crisp, clean, and offers the flavors of pale malt, grains, and spicy hops. The flavor of noble hops is what stands out and keeps you interested, as the beer’s malt base is okay, but not anything exceptional.
This is certainly a good session pilsner. It may not rank among the very best I have tried, but I like it enough to recommend and it is certainly a good go- to beer for everyday consumption.
