Pours a dark brown color. 1/3 inch head of on off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of berries, bourbon, sweet malt, slight roasted malt, and hint of hops, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American Double / Imperial Stout. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of berries, roasted malt, sweet malt, hint of hop, slight bourbon, and hint of caramel malt. Overall, great blend and body, wit decent aroma and appearance. I greatly enjoyed that the bourbon was complementary to the others flavors and did not dominate them.
