Drank from my Bombardier conic pint glass.
A - Pours avery dark Mahogany colour with a nice two fingered tanned head that retains well and laces.
S - Toffee Toffee really nice sweet aromas and quite unusual.
T - Lots of burnt toffee up front and heaps of sweet roasted malts. The finish is long and has licorice and dark fruits present.
M - Full bodied with decent carbonation.
D - Head and shoulders the best beer from this brewery and maybe in the top five in the Swan Valley. Recommended

Another brew from this brewery that is still around and kicking and it in comes in a 500ml brown bottle,it pours a dark cola hue with really nice carbonation and with a careful pour still produces a three finger coffee laced creamy head with nice lacing everywhere, the smell is a mix of aromas of dark fruits, coffee and alcohol, the mouthfeel is quite creamy and luscious yet not too thick and the first taste you experience is coffee followed by dark fruits,a tinge of hoppy bitterness and a touch of alcohol right at the end, overall its a nice brew that is alot better than my last beer from this brewery and although i wont buy it every week i would still like to try it fresh on tap when i get chance.
