Never heard of the Iron Bark Brewery, so picked up this little number...
Dark clean brown/cola in colour. Small head that doesn't hang around. Low carbonation.
Chocolate malts/cacao and sweet yeasty aromas of bubblegum are appealing, yet slightly one dimensional. Very chocolaty.
Palate is lacking any strong flavours, very watery. Some nice sweet chocolate and dark bitterness on the finish - problem is not much happens before it. Very clean...almost too clean.
Some good creaminess to the palate helps pick this one up a little.
A decent brew, nothing earth shaking - but will check the rest of the stable based on this beer.
