Note: Review is from rough tasting notes.
Appearance - 3.5
Clear, copper coloured body topped with a thin, off white head with decent retention, a little lace.
Smell - 3.0
Red apple, grainy malt, slightly sweet.
Taste - 3.0
Well bittered with just a little malt sweetness and a yeast note that reminds of red apple. For my money, it needs a fair bit more malt character.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Light to medium bodied, moderately carbonated.
Overall - 3.5
An alright bitter that for my money, falls a bit below the rest of the Mash range. Would be better with finer carbonation and a lot more biscuity malt character.
