The beer pours a clear gold color, no haze, with a thin white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a light, grainy flavor that boasts of pale and wheat malts. It has very little yeast character. The taste is average. It has dry and grainy pale malt flavor with a wheat malt crispness. It has a light banana/clove component, but nothing too incredible. The mouthfeel is average also. It is a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a bad example of a hefe. It's crystal clear for one. It's grainy and without yeast character. It's also low bodied and devoid any real hefe taste. I'm not sure the brewer knew what he/she was doing with this one.
