The beer arrived crystal clear amber golden with a slightly off-white head which laced the glass from top to bottom.
The aroma was lightly hoppy Saaz hops with a very low caramel presence and an estery aromatic.
The flavor was crisp caramel with a lightly spicy hop presence and a bit of hop flavor was able to accompany the malt.
The finish was dry with a light caramel character lasting into the aftertaste. The body was medium light wtih a moderate carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. An extremely easy beer to drink but devoid of complexity.
Draft at t' Brugs Beertje in Brugge on 9/13/06.

Sampled in "den spytigen duvel" Turnhout and brewed for the distributer by Lefebvre. Great and lasting head and pale golden beercollor. Nose is very fruity with spicy note of pepper, koreander and some citruspeal. Not that bad but taste is oversweeted and dull with low bitterness. Sticky oversweet mouthfeel witch tempers drinkability also bit.
