The colour is pale gold. The high head is compact and pale beige, it got a fine crater and lots of lacing.
The smell is a bit sweet with notes of honey and wheat dough: Belgian flavours. There are also notes of alcohol and some bitterness.
The taste is very sweet. Some mild bitterness, but the sweetness dominates. Fruity sweet flavours that reminds of wine gum. The aftertaste is a little malty with notes of alcohol and vanilla sauce.
The carbonation is medium. The small bubbles tickle the tongue. The liquid is a bit thick and sticky.
An unusual beer: I come to think of a Belgian abbey brewery that makes their first lager after reading a recipe in a book.
