341 mL brown bottle with the label from their Rousse and a white sticker with Miel printed on it. I don't know if the abv on the Rousse label also applies to this beer.
Dark brown brew with a tan head that leaves a nice collar.
Aroma is of molasses, some roasted notes and spicy, citrusy hops.
Starts off malty, molasses and caramel, followed by citrus notes. This beer has some almost Belgian-style flavours, hints of spices and phenols in the background. Some tartness comes through as well as some earthy, grassy notes. Roasted flavours round out the mix. Aftertaste is lingering and slightly astringent. Body is medium and carbonation is very high.
Very complex beer with a huge amount of character but still well balanced. My only issue with this beer is that I find it overcarbonated.
