This beer was poured from a 500ml brown bottle bought at the exorbitant price of 5,39$ at Peluso. Orange-brown with a good beige head. Grainy on the nose, classic du Hameau yeast odour, some chocolate. Harsh bitterness at fisrt, like bitter chocolate. Something is unpleasant in this beer.

Bottle: Poured a light brown color ale with a super huge foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt and light honey notes are OK. Taste is also a nice enough mix between some dry caramel malt with a nice enough grain bill and light honey notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing spectacular here but better them some of the other offering from this brewery.

500ml bottle
3 fingers moka head,thick foam,laces
Brown color brew, dark but not totally opaque, some red light throught.
Smell malty, bread, some honey
Taste: full body, medium bitterness, roast malt, chocolate and some sweetness from the honey. Hop
mouthfeel: round, smooth, honey texture is there, long bittersmooth after taste, liquorlike feel, low carbonation
very good brew, mixing bitterness with honey smoothness, easy to drink if you like hop.
