Poured from a 500ml brown bottle, crown top, bought at Peluso, prize 5,39$ (expensive). Clear golden with a lot of carbonation, big bubbles in the head. Some grain and honey on the nose. Not really attractive with a dusty undertone. Very thin mouthfell, sprite, fizzy with the carbonation. Some hops in the finish. Long and good aftertaste. The yeast is less present in this one than in other du Hameau products.

A- Very hazy golden. Great fluffy whipped white head. Very good lacing coverage. Love it when a little mound of head stays 'til the very end. Tons of stuff (yeast probably) sink to the bottom and give the brew a gray color.
S- Powerful but bland hops. A bit of tropical fruit/pear. Pilsner type smell.
T- Much like the smell. A bit watery. A bit of bubblegum. Alcohol is well hidden but it is a bit warming. I can't really say I taste honey, but there is a honey feel to it. Maybe it's just the name and label that are reinforcing this idea.
M- Crisp full mouthfeel. Pretty much perfect carbonation.
D- Very drinkable.
Make this less watery and I would love it.
