Bottle: Poured a deep black color porter with a medium off-white head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of light dry roasted malt with some thin black chocolate notes. Taste is also a nice enough mix between some light roasted malt with light dry black chocolate. Body is too thin for style with a watery aftertaste and good carbonation. Not too bad but more malt and body would have provided more enjoyment.

The color is black, however not very dark for a stout maybe more a porter than a stout. Maybe it is a porter, however I think they wanted to make a stout :) so it is classified as an American Stout. The head is beige and thin.
The aroma is light and I get some molasses notes. The beer shows a lot of carbonation for a stout and it is highly presents in the mouth which makes the mouthfeel not very pleasant. The intensity of the taste is light. Notes of molasses, just like in the aroma, and some chocolate. The beer has almost no bitterness on the finish. This beer lacks in character for an american stout, and even for a Porter. Again, at best an average beer.
