Poured into a glass from a 500 ml bottle.
This beer poured a dark brown almost black with a brownish head that dissipated quickly. First thing that comes to mind when you smell it has to be molasses. That is all i could smell or taste. You could buy a container of molasses and cut it half half with a shitty brand like bud and you got yourself this beer.
Final thoughts
Bought this without really expecting anything at all so i wasn't dissapointed. I don't recommend this beer to anyone except those crazy for molasses and paying too much for a bottle.

Picked this up fairly randomly at Peluso in Montreal. Pours a dark brown colour with tan head that dissipates leaving a nice ring. Some lacing on the glass. Smell is... interesting? I can't put my finger on what this smells like. It is almost sour medicine like, not good at all. Very metallic aftertaste Flavour is sour. I don't know what to think. This isn't good at all. Drain pour, unfortunately.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of sugar and dry fruits is quite enticing and not overly sweet. Taste is interesting while not being too complex with a mix of subtle dry fruits with light notes of sugar. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK though lacking complexity and not something I would seek out again considering the price tag.
