500mL bottle in a tulip glass. No date. Honey is mentioned on the bottle so I assume it's been added during the brewing process.
A - Pours a very dark brown color with red hues. The off-white head is very "active", foamy and creamy at the same time. Medium retention and light lacing.
S - Malty notes, biscuit, hop, yeast, some notes of alcohol besides... a really nice blend!
T - Strong notes of malt. Honey aromas are present, giving a sweet touch. I would expect a spicier taste from this style.
M - This beer features a very good carbonation. Medium to full bodied it is a bit syrupy at finish.
O - A really nice blend which has a good drinkability! The taster is surprisingly well balanced, though there is a lack of spicy notes in my opinion. I will certainly drink it again if the occasion arises.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with average retention and light lacing. Aroma of spices and sweet Belgian malt is enticing. Taste is a mix between some spicy notes (probably coriander and some other spices) with light fruity ester and some quite sweet Belgian malt with some peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Better then expected form this hit or miss brewer with more complexity then anticipated.
