had on cask at the three judges glasgow
pours tan, golden with minimal head and a bit of lacing...
nose is slightly bready malts with some round, almost citrus hops, smell is a bit off, some of that perfumy chemical like nose.
taste is just pretty basic for a bitter, nothing that stands out but not offensive either - starts out with some sweetish bready notes with a bit of a bitter hop kick at the end, but nothing too pressing in either direction, finshes quite sweet, a bit of caramel at the end.
just a basic bitter that is a tad on the sweet side for the style.

Pint served by handpump in the Abbotsford in Rose St Edinburgh.
A- Light golden blonde, 2 finger creamy head with moderate lacing.
S- Light citrussy notes, floral hoppiness very fresh, some faint doughy biscuit malt
T- Refreshing hoppy citrus notes in the beginning changing to the floral notes, ending in a slight sweet nuttiness.
M- Light, spritzy
D- Hoppy refreshing bitter, a light body making these easily quaffable
