Gravity poured from the barrel (many pints and halves) in the CAMRA Tent during the Festival At The Edge weekend 20-21st July 2013.
As the name suggests, this is a golden coloured beer: in fact it looked almost lager like in its appearance, with a bright, clear, clean and sparkling. White foaming head on top.
The aroma was semi-floral hop with a spicy undertone.
Taste wise it was also hop led, with a strange twang mid-mouthful that I couldn't pin down, and I tried hard enough, having at least five pints of it over the weekend.
Different in flavour to the other golden beers on offer, no citrus feel to this brew. It was refreshing and easy to drink: one of the best beers I've had from this brewery.
