A: Upfront aroma has pronounced grainy sweetness from the malt, no noticeable cherry aroma
A: Pale straw color with a light amount of head
T: Grainy sweetness upfront that finishes with hints of cherries
M: fairly well attenuated, light bodied with light carbonation
O: Has the aroma and taste of a classic Belgian. The Belgian grain bill and yeast way overpower the cherry aroma and taste. Tasty beer, but pretty weak cherry presence.

Pours a thin head on a hazy light straw body.
The aroma is an airy floral and grain smell. Nice.
The taste is a nice mild grain and honey.
The texture is soft and light.
It's fine.

On tap at the 2014 Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest held at the Paso Robles Event Center in Paso Robles, CA.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, Belgian yeast, spice, and cherry aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, yeast, and cherry flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a Belgian yeast presence that overpowers the cherry addition in my opinion.
