Heavy on coffee and bourbon with just a touch of sticky peanut butter. Wish it had more peanut butter!

Generally I go for the various bourbon/whiskey eclipses as I love the base Stout and they showcase the bourbon or whiskey so well.
This peanut butter honey variant, however, is stand out delicious.
Nose is full of peanut butter. Not quite one sided. Honey, chocolate, and hints of bourbon in the background.
Flavor is much like the nose. Hints of bourbon flavors upfront with a ton of peanut butter. Honey is hard to find. Finish is oak, chocolate, a hint of bourbon heat and a lot of peanut butter.
Feel is heavy with medium carbonation. Well done but not as smooth as some variations
Overall this is one of my favorite variations of this beer. It doesn't have the bourbon complexity as some other varieties but the barrel and peanut butter with eclipse work well and are mighty tasty
