On-tap at the brewery. Pint glass.
A: Served a cloudy golden color with a thin off-white head that faded into a thick lasting film. A complex network of lace was left down the glass.
S: Chamomile is definitely noticeable with citrus peel and Belgian yeast following. Clean and refreshing smelling.
T: Lemongrass and fruity Belgian yeast hit first followed by refreshing chamomile and clean citrus. Very flavorful and refreshing. Finish has a hint of honey, and more lemongrass, and the aftertaste is lightly bitter.
M: Creamy mouthfeel, drying and refreshing. Soft carbonation, medium-thick body.
O: Given the ingredients this beer could have gone either way, but it turned out amazing. Chamomile in beer is surprisingly refreshing. Well done.
