Medium gold color, medium white foamy head. Aroma is grainy and slightly sweet. A light bodied wheat ale. Fuller flavor, somewhat malty and hoppy for a wheat beer. But it does not have the typical banana and clove flavor I expect in a hefe. Mouthfeel is full. Taste is a little rough. Finish is crisp and slightly harsh. Aftertaste is bitter.
