From the bottom rim of the can: "04/21/22"

Appearance: The body is a pale gold color with a slight bit of haze. It has a short white head that doesn't last long. No lacing.

Aroma: It smells like cereal grains. There is a light bit of what smells like dried coconut that shows up from time to time when agitating the beer a bit, but it is very faint beneath the cereal grain character.

Taste: Up front there is what tastes like coriander and coconut. Towards the middle of the palate there is some toasted coconut flavor with a light bit of burnt wheat cracker. It finishes slightly herbal. There is a coconut and bitter herb aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: It is light bodied and easy to drink. There is a mellow herbal and twiggy bitterness to the beer.

Overall: It is an alright beer with a focus on coconut flavors and cereal grain aromas. The can states that it is a 'BLONDE ALE BREWED WITH PINEAPPLE, COCONUT & NUTMEG." The nutmeg doesn't show up unless it is somehow contributing to the bitterness, but the pineapple definitely doesn't show up at all. The can also differs from the site and states that this is "ALC. 7.5% BY VOL." The alcohol is well hidden. As a whole it is a pretty good beer that people will enjoy if they like coconuts. It doesn't offer much more than that, especially considering that it is lacking the advertised pineapple. I could still drink it again because the flavors are good, and it would work well in an ice chest with other beers at a pool or a picnic. I would recommend it to coconut lovers.

Thanks to jhartley for this can.

A - Hazy medium gold color with thick white creamy lacing ring.

S - Yeasty aroma with an ever so slight nose of pineapple.

T - Yeasty with peppery spice and coriander.

M - Thick mouthfeel with gentle carbonation.

O - Tastes exactly like a Belgian Blonde and the ABV is deceptively WELL hidden.

L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a golden yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Solid lacing.

S: A very nice aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, and spices.

T: Tasted of a moderate amount of citrus fruit (orange, lemon), lots of tropical fruit (pineapple, especially), a decent bit of Belgian-style yeast, and mild spices (nutmeg, especially). An interesting, lively take on a Belgian style. It's more complex than your typical Belgian Blonde, with its emphasis on light fruit. Sweet and slightly funky. Tasty.

F: A highly carbonated beer with a sharp, clean finish. Medium-bodied.

O: A well made American take on a Belgian style. Drinkable.
