Hazy Folk IPA, our collaboration with the 15th Annual Richmond Folk Festival, is now available at select retailers and restaurants throughout the River City!
This New England-style IPA greets you with aromas of ripe peaches, grapefruit and tangerines on the nose. Notes of tropical fruit and slightly citrusy pine take center stage with your first sip. The addition of oats and wheat to a light and crisp pilsen malt base yields a velvety mouthfeel.

Pours hazy, honey/orange. Light head, minimal lacing. Smell is light citrus, tropical and peach. Taste is mildly bitter, and mirrors the aroma. Medium MF, with a smooth, if not a bit oily finish.
I grabbed this on recommendation by the proprietor while visiting Richmond. Not an award winning (it's a festival brew) NEIPA, it's still pretty tasty.
