This roasty, chocolatey stout is brewed with over 9 lbs of fresh oysters pulled right from the York River by local oyster farmer Tommy Leggett. Both the shells and the meat are added directly to the brew (though at different points in the process), which results in a mild mineral flavor blended with notes of of plum and fig.
