Light golden color with a thick thin head.
Aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, bread, coriander and faint oranges.
Flavor with lots of coriander and Belgian yeast, hints of oranges and honey. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Yeasty Witbier with lots of coriander notes and faint on the orange citrusy away from the traditional peel. Not spicy, but also not very sweet.
