Brown reddish color with at thick beige head with great retention and leaving strong laces.
Malty aroma with predominant notes of dark chocolate.
Delicious flavor with tons of cocoa and a spicy finish that does not bother one’s throat. Hints of citrusy hops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness and a spicy end.
Medium towards full body with appropriate carbonation.
Excellent Bock. It conserved the malty profile expected from a Bock, but with a clear dark chocolate note finishing with the right amount of Habanero. Balanced with ingredients having a perfect match.
